artsCape Ambassador Program

artsCape provides an opportunity for individuals to publicly support the making and exhibiting of sculpture in the Northern Rivers while promoting the importance of environmental sustainability. Becoming an artsCape Ambassador is a great way to become involved in an important regional arts project and to promote public interest in the fascinating and varied world of sculptural practice.

As artsCape Biennial Inc. is a not for-profit organisation, donations large and small are greatly needed and appreciated. Your financial support will help us to make an important contribution to the region’s artistic, cultural and economic development. While artsCape Biennial Inc. gratefully accepts donations at all levels, the artsCape Ambassador Program starts with a biennial tax deductible donation of $1,000.

Individuals wishing to make tax deductible donations to artsCape Biennial Inc. can do so through the Australia Cultural Fund run by the Australia Business Arts Foundation (AbaF). All donations are made to AbaF whose board considers donor preferences when allocating grants. Please visit the AbaF website or fill in the form below to make a donation.

Lynne Adams Child with Cape Broms (artsCape 05) Photo Tao Jones

I still have the photograph on my wall, taken at artsCape 2005, of my, then, 11 year old son, up a tree full of sculptural flowers that was just one of the many startling and original pieces of work dotting the Byron Bay coastline. Being patron of that event gave me an opportunity to get involved with one of the most memorable art projects I have ever seen — one which, I have no doubt, will one day become a significant cultural event in Australia's arts calendar.
